Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Richmond, VA. You will stock shelves with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and other products, keeping displays full, fresh, and shopper-ready. You’ll travel in your own vehicle to assigned stores.

Shift hours are early morning (5 AM–10 AM) with days Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. Candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and be able to lift 15–40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos and more.
• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement on clock).
• Check in with the manager on duty and stock shelves.
• Rotate products and remove defective/outdated items.
• Disassemble and assemble temporary displays, tidy shelves.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work

• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
