Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Detailer to clean and recondition new and used RV units at our Phoenix, AZ location. This full-time role focuses on interior and exterior detailing, using cleaning equipment and products to prep RVs for customers.

At Campers Inn RV, we value integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. The position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to work in confined spaces inside RVs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year detailing experience preferred.
• RV or automotive dealership detailing experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recondition, detail and interior cleaning of RV units.
• Maintain supplies and track materials, time and repairs.
• Ensure work meets dealership quality standards.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Recondition, detail and interior cleaning of new and used RV units
• Maintain supplies and keep track of materials, time, and necessary repairs
• Responsible for completing work to the dealership's high standard of quality

Qualifications

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• License & Certifications:
• Experience:
• A minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred
• Abilities:
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work in cramped conditions such as in RVs
• Ability to withstand vibration from powered hand tools
• Knowledge of how to safely handle solvents and chemicals
• Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pound
