Job summary

PepsiCo in Hope Mills, NC seeks a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and keep displays fresh for shoppers.

You’ll drive to assigned stores in your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement, check in with the on-duty manager, and merchandise displays while maintaining fast-paced, high-energy work. Training is provided and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• You can work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Quick Look

• Pay: $17.45 per hour

• Location: 5080 U.S. Hwy 301, Hope Mills, NC, 28348

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 5:30am - 11am

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Merchandise local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and more, keeping shelves full, fresh, and ready for shoppers.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays

• High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
