Role Description

The Detailer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hollywood, FL, responsible for performing high-quality detailing and cleaning services on a variety of vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include exterior hand washing, drying, waxing, and applying protective treatments such as sealants or ceramic coatings, as well as wheel and tire cleaning. The role also involves interior vacuuming, shampooing carpets and mats, cleaning and conditioning leather and other surfaces, and performing interior sanitizing and odor removal as needed. The Detailer will conduct paint correction, headlight restoration, and water spot removal, while adhering to eco-friendly practices and company standards. This position requires interacting professionally with customers, managing scheduled appointments, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring each vehicle meets the company’s quality and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in exterior detailing, including hand washing, drying, waxing, paint protection, and basic paint correction.
• Proficiency in interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, interior sanitizing, and leather cleaning and conditioning.
• Ability to safely use detailing tools and products, including buffers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and protective coatings.
• Attention to detail and quality control, ensuring vehicles are inspected thoroughly and meet high cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, explain services, and handle questions or concerns.
• Reliability and time management skills to arrive punctually, work efficiently, and handle multiple appointments in a day.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods in various outdoor conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel locally as required.
