Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and talented Auto Body Detailer to join our team. As an Auto Body Detailer, you will be responsible for providing top-quality detailing services on vehicles to enhance their appearance and maintain their condition. You will meticulously clean, polish, and preserve both the exterior and interior of vehicles, ensuring they are in pristine condition when delivered to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify any damages or imperfections and report them to the relevant personnel.
  • Remove dirt, grime, and stains from vehicle surfaces using appropriate cleaning materials, such as soaps, detergents, and tools.
  • Clean and treat vehicle windows, mirrors, and frames to ensure clarity and shine.
  • Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and mats, to remove dirt, dust, and stains.
  • Apply waxes, polish, and sealants to protect and preserve vehicle paint and surfaces.
  • Dress tires, trim, and other plastic surfaces to restore their original shine.
  • Safely operate and maintain various detailing tools and equipment, such as pressure washers, polishers, and steam cleaners.
  • Follow proper cleaning and detailing processes to ensure efficient and effective results.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area, including storage of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Keep a record of all detailing activities performed, including any additional services requested by customers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Respond to customers' inquiries and provide professional assistance regarding detailing services.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Detailer or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment used in auto detailing.
  • Familiarity with various vehicle surfaces, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical fitness and ability to withstand prolonged periods of physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
