Responsabilités

• Detail exterior and interior of boats/vehicles: wash, wax, buff, upholstery and fixtures.
• Inspect boats for needed attention or minor cosmetic repairs (trim, putty, paint, frames).
• Use and maintain detailing equipment and supplies; keep area stocked.
• Follow safety rules; handle cleaning supplies properly and safely.
• Assist with yard upkeep and support other departments as needed.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during guest interactions.

POSITION SUMMARY

Detailers at OneWater Marine are responsible for ensuring all boats and watercrafts are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This involves detailing the interior and exterior of all boats and watercrafts, providing customers an exceptional experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform detailing tasks on the exterior and interior of boats/ vehicles to enhance its appearance such as washing, waxing, buffing, upholstery, carpeting and fixtures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of boats to identify areas needing attention or repair. Adds and removes decals and makes minor cosmetic repairs (trim, putty, paint, frames, hitches, and steps).
• Use various detailing equipment, cleaning supplies, and specialized products. Maintain all equipment and supplies organized and well stocked.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Handle all cleaning supplies properly.
• Assist with the upkeep of inventory in the sales yard. Maintains daily upkeep of store ground.
• Offer support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all customers/ guests when interacting directly.
• Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of marine products and detailing techniques is a plus.
