Job summary

Lynch Family of Dealerships is seeking detail technicians to thoroughly clean both interior and exterior of vehicles, including buffing and waxing. You will remove vinyl wraps, prep cars for delivery, and assist the service department as needed. A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for success in a fast-paced shop.

Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive environment that values employee growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to multitask in fast paced environments.
• Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Fully clean the outside and inside of new and used vehicles.
• Recondition, detail, and wash vehicles.
• Buff and wax vehicle using buffing machine/by hand.
• Remove lettering and vinyl wraps.
• Prepare vehicles for spot delivery in a timely manner.
• Help the service department with jobs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service department.
