Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily schedules, detail units from top to bottom, and coordinate with service and sales to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work Saturdays; background checks and safe working practices are required. This role supports a customer-focused dealership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Physically able to bend, lift, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
• Ensure compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and detailing tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate status of detailed units with sales and service teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.

Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers.

Key Objectives

• Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
