As a Detail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary focus will be on thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and protecting both the interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall presentation. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet daily operational goals. You will contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering consistently high-quality detailing services. Ultimately, your efforts will support the company's reputation for excellence and help drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in vehicle detailing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
