Bowser Automotive is seeking a Detail Shop PM Shift Supervisor to lead the afternoon/evening Detail Shop team, train new staff, and ensure top-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and hands-on management skills, coordinating with Sales to uphold Bowser standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and manage staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work evening hours and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and train Detail Shop team members.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the Detail Shop during the PM shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and vehicle presentation.
• Monitor workflow and assist employees as needed to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and streamline Detail Shop operations.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Sales Department to ensure adherence to Bowser vehicle delivery policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees follow all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all OSHA and safety regulations.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and use sound judgment when making decisions.

Bowser Automotive is seeking a Detail Shop PM Shift Supervisor who will report to the Detail Shop Manager and be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Detail Shop during the afternoon/evening shift. This position will lead a team of detail employees, assist with training new employees, and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the Detail Shop.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a hands-on management style. The PM Shift Supervisor will also collaborate with the Sales Department to help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure vehicles are prepared according to Bowser standards.

The Detail Shop PM Shift Supervisor must possess a hands-on management style with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Schedule: Evening hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays.

Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings is required.
