Qualifications

• Experience supervising a detailing team preferred.

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and train Detail Shop team members.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the Detail Shop during the PM shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and vehicle presentation.
• Monitor workflow and assist employees to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and streamline operations.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Sales Department to ensure Bowser vehicle delivery compliance.
• Ensure employees follow all company policies and safety regulations.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and exercise sound judgment.
