Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Experience operating reach trucks, stand-up lifts, forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control processes preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment including reach trucks and lifts to pick orders and put away inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper handling and documentation.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe environment.
• Complete required training, certifications, and equipment assessments.
• Utilize WMS and shipping software to complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
