• 1 year+ experience with corporate housekeeping.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment for tenants and staff.
• Clean clubhouse, fitness center, hallways, and restrooms.
• Prepare and clean model and vacant apartments.
• Clean walls, baseboards, cabinets, windows, vents, and floors.
• Hang draperies and report damaged appliances.
