Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC is seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. The role involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens.

You will follow procedures, properly use cleaning equipment, and report issues to the supervisor. This position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Basic understanding of infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens and public areas.
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Use and maintain cleaning products and equipment properly.
• Adhere to infection control protocols for a safe environment.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
