Qualifications

• 2+ years professional painting experience.
• Proficiency with interior/exterior painting, tools and materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform prep work: sanding, caulking, patching, masking.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior/exterior surfaces.
• Finish surfaces neatly according to standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate progress and supply needs to leadership.
• Protect surrounding property from damage.
• Patch drywall and texture-match as needed.
