Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe, report changes, and record vitals as needed.
• Resident Engagement: build rapport and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized medication carts and records.
