Responsibilities

• Public Spaces Cleaning across all common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish surfaces to standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and address areas needing attention.
• Remove trash and maintain waste/recycling areas.
• Identify maintenance concerns and report promptly.
• After training, clean and prepare furnished apartments for new residents/guests.
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
