This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, especially in a residential or commercial setting, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning: Regularly clean hallways, lobbies, elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells, community spaces.
• Apartment Turnovers: Clean and prepare vacant units including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance or safety issues observed.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and assist with waste disposal procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate needs.
