Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, preparing units for move-in, managing linens, and reporting safety concerns. The position is full-time and on-site, contributing to a positive resident experience while upholding safety

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize common areas, vacant units, laundry areas, and other property spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, appliances, and fixtures.
• Assist with linens, towels, and laundry in designated areas.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Dispose of trash and waste in designated containers and maintain safety protocols.
