Guardian Cleaners LLC is seeking dependable Janitorial Attendants to provide commercial cleaning services at assigned customer locations. The role emphasizes reliability, detail, and independent work at our client sites.

The position is part-time and includes responsibilities such as cleaning restrooms and common areas, trash disposal, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of male/female showers and restrooms of a local fitness club.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and other designated areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms.
• Gather and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean windows as needed.
• Disinfect areas as directed by supervisor.
• Potentially clean areas containing bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit).
• Perform daily activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head for items, pushing and pulling janitorial cart.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as required.
• Notify supervisor of deficiencies or repairs needed.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Utilize supplies efficiently to avoid waste.
• Document cleaning activities using daily checklists.
• Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Abide by company policies.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
