Guardian Cleaners LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Attendants to provide commercial cleaning services at assigned customer locations in Louisville, KY. This part-time role requires reliability and the ability to work independently, maintaining bathrooms, showers, and common areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, trash disposal, window cleaning, and reporting deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of male/female showers and restrooms of a local fitness club.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and other designated areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms.
• Gather and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean windows as needed.
• Disinfect areas as directed by supervisor.
• Potentially clean areas containing bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit).
• Perform daily activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head for items, pushing and pulling janitorial cart.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as required.
• Notify supervisor of deficiencies or repairs needed.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Utilize supplies efficiently to avoid waste.
• Document cleaning activities using daily checklists.
• Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Abide by company policies.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
