Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Content Editor to review product content in the Graphics Department, ensuring grammar, spelling, layout, and accuracy before production moves forward.

You will identify inconsistencies, report opportunities for process improvement, and work closely with Graphics staff to maintain high quality and efficiency throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to check spelling and grammar and proofread.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Review product content within the Graphics Department for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and layout before materials move forward in production.
• Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Graphics Department associates and support ongoing quality checks throughout the production process.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve departmental accuracy and efficiency.
