Job summary

ServiceMaster Brands is seeking a reliability-focused janitorial associate to perform daily cleaning tasks in our client facility in Roosevelt Park, NJ. You will follow the ServiceMaster TBS Division schedules to dust, wipe, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, floors, and glass, using proper PPE and products.

Ideal candidates demonstrate punctuality, cooperation, and a positive attitude, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work within set hours while upholding company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Must work within allotted hours.
• Must complete any special request made by client communication in company log.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Must have respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow service schedules to perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, surfaces, and glass.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms using approved products.
• Vacuum, mop floors, and maintain a tidy environment.
• Wear PPE as required and maintain a professional appearance.
• Report issues and follow client instructions via logs.
