You will manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank and card statements, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end closings and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and enter journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end closings, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
