Garber Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Highland, Indiana. Responsibilities include deposits, processing POs and invoices, and general ledger reconciliation, with a focus on accuracy and timely financial tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic accounting familiarity, strong computer and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily deposits with accuracy
• Process all POs and invoices in a timely manner
• Perform general ledger reconciliation
• Review expenses and make corrections as needed
• Confirm all inventory has been paid off
• Perform monthly end checklist
• Other tasks as assigned by Office Manager
