Job summary

Garber Automotive Group is seeking an accounting professional to join our team. You will handle daily deposits, process POs and invoices, perform general ledger reconciliation, review expenses, and ensure inventory payments are complete, under the supervision of the Office Manager.

Candidates should have a minimum high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, proficient computer and MS Office skills, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily deposits with accuracy.
• Process all POs and invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation.
• Review expenses and make corrections as needed.
• Confirm all inventory has been paid off.
• Perform monthly end checklist.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
