Job summary

Bowser Automotive Inc is seeking a Detail Lot Attendant to detail and prep pre-owned cars for the showroom and delivery. You will ensure showroom quality through meticulous washing, inspection, and cleaning. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential for smooth operation.

The role requires teamwork with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, physical stamina, and the ability to handle occasional vehicle transport between locations, especially during winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Manager of Pre-Owned vehicles.
• Wash vehicles that are brought to the Detail Shop ensuring showroom quality of every vehicle detailed.
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice such as spare tires, radio, etc.
• Record description of damages and notify Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
• Park vehicles in assigned areas when detail is completed or ready for delivery.
• Occasionally retrieve and/or deliver vehicles to other dealerships.
• During winter months, keep doorways shoveled, salted and cleared. Also clear snow and ice from cars in lot.
• Perform tasks as directed by Detail Manager and Pre-Owned Sales Manager (ie. emptying trash containers, maintaining order and cleanliness in detail shop, etc.).

The Essential Responsibilities
