Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify small defects or discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting findings and collaborating with production teams.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift heavy objects/boxes as required.
• Previous experience in Quality Control or inspection roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products according to our quality procedures and quality plan.
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in designated systems, software, and mobile apps.
• Identify, classify, and report defects or non-conformances to production teams in a timely manner.
• Use an assigned computer and various internal data entry platforms to enter QC findings.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to support continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
