Responsibilities

• Run daily reports, enter data, download records, and complete paperwork that supports production and shipping.
• Prepare correspondence, forms, counts, and documents with accuracy and on-time completion.
• Answer phones, monitor email, organize completed paperwork, and communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Research and help resolve routine operational or shipping issues.
• Participate in continuous-improvement and corrective-action activities.
• Support a safe, organized workplace. Follow safety and quality procedures and assist with 5S and housekeeping.
