Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in custodial, office cleaning, or housekeeping preferred.
• High standard of cleanliness and thoroughness in shared spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all office areas, desks, conference rooms, fixtures, and countertops.
• Disinfect kitchen countertops, cabinets and handles, tables, sink, and appliance exteriors; clear and clean common eating surfaces.
• Empty all office, desk-side, conference room, kitchen, and common area trash and recycling bins; replace liners and transport waste per NYC guidelines.
• Dust and wipe down high-touch surfaces, glass walls, door handles, light switches, and handrails.
• Vacuum carpets, runners, and mop tile/hard floors throughout the office.
• Monitor cleaning supplies levels and notify management when stock runs low.
• Ensure supply closets are locked and follow safety protocols for chemical handling.
• Handle additional cleaning projects as needed.
