Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a detail‑oriented Router to join the Transportation team in Augusta, ME. You will create and optimize daily delivery routes, analyze performance metrics, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve routing challenges to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective deliveries.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics/routing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate in an in‑office, Augusta environment. Roadnet experience is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics, routing, transportation, or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Create and optimize daily delivery routes for drivers and customers.
• Analyze route efficiency, delivery times, mileage and service requirements.
• Utilize routing software to build and maintain route plans.
• Ensure routes comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate customer delivery information and time windows.
• Review routing performance and adjust for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales and Drivers to resolve routing challenges.
• Support KPIs for cost, service, productivity and safety.
