Under the Controller's direction, you will review documents, communicate discrepancies, and help resolve issues while possibly working holidays, weekends, and evenings to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Access, Excel, and Word.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and effective public speaking skills.
• Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, tax rules and policies.
• Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods of time and to handle multiple tasks and job duties simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer usage
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Sac and Fox Nation Gaming License

Responsibilities

• Audit gaming and non-gaming areas according to established procedures and gaming regulations as well as facilitates timely and accurate recordings.
• Communicate with company personnel to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review system documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with all departments of any discrepancies via exceptions.
• Maintain support documentation for further review.
• Notify immediate supervisor of any potential discrepancies and assists with research and resolution of problems.
• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• May be required to work holidays, weekends, and evenings to meet deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
