Qualifications

• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements under GAAP.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable.
• Ability to analyze cash flow and budget variances.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Mentoring and collaborative team development.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes efficiently.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Analyze cash flow, budget variances, and perform financial forecasting to aid strategic decision-making.
