Job summary

Northeast Precast is seeking two detail-oriented Drafters to join our Drafting Department in Vineland, New Jersey. This full-time, in-person role supports the preparation and revision of technical drawings for precast concrete projects using Revit and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have prior drafting experience and be proficient with Revit and AutoCAD, working closely with engineering, project management, and production teams to ensure accurate shop drawings and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings and production drawings for precast concrete projects.
• Review architectural and structural drawings and project requirements.
• Incorporate redlines, field information, and revisions into drawings.
• Coordinate with drafting, engineering, project management and production teams.
• Maintain organized drawing files and revision histories.
• Complete assignments accurately within deadlines.
• Follow drafting standards and document-control procedures.
