You’ll transform rough trade-ins into showroom-ready cars, perform interior and exterior detailing with precision, and collaborate with service and sales to move cars through the pipeline without bottlenecks. You will buff, polish, clay, shampoo, and correct paint, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and take ownership of the final impression customers
