Job summary

AUTOKINITON in Holland, MI is seeking a full-time Welding Inspector for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am). You will measure welds, check weld integrity, and record torque readings to ensure parts meet minimum specifications.

• Check integrity of welds.
• Measure torque readings.
• Use power equipment as required to destruct parts.
• Inform supervisor/team leader and engineering if any weld integrity or torque readings are below minimum specifications as per procedures/work instructions.
• Communicates production problems with the supervisor and QE as per procedures/work instructions.
• Keeps work area neat and organized.
• Completes required reports and documentation either manual or computer generated.
• Know and comprehend all related procedures and work instructions.
• CUT/ETCH – Know and perform cut/etch weld analysis and record applicable results.

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES: Rate is $20.50 3rd shift 10::00pm -6:00am

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
