Wanderwell Collective is a U.S.-based agency specializing in destination weddings and honeymoons. We are seeking a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant to work with couples worldwide, planning dream weddings and coordinated honeymoons.

You’ll manage travel arrangements, from flights and accommodations to excursions, liaising with venues, coordinators, and vendors to ensure flawless experiences. Strong client communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Consult with couples to understand vision, preferences, and budget for destination wedding or honeymoon.
• Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
• Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Provide guidance on passport/visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination regulations.
• Maintain clear communication from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with couples to plan their dream weddings and honeymoons in breathtaking destinations worldwide. From selecting the perfect location to coordinating travel logistics, you’ll play a key role in bringing magical moments to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their destination wedding or honeymoon.
• Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
• Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Provide expert guidance on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination‑specific regulations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client bookings.
