Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support dessert preparation and display with careful attention to presentation and quality. You will help maintain inventory, safety and sanitation, and assist with expiration tracking while participating in opening or closing shift duties.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all dessert items according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensure appearance by maintaining proper inventory, safety and sanitation.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
