Compass Group USA is seeking a Dessert Cart Attendant to prepare and service dessert carts for suite guests at the United Center in Chicago. You will deliver attentive guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Outgoing personality with a team-focused attitude.
• Must be available to work all events, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain dessert carts with utensils and dessert items.
• Assist and interact with Suite Attendants during service; suggest and describe desserts to guests.
• Accurately log sales, handle billing via tablet, and complete pre/post-event inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for carts and dessert areas.
• Uphold professional appearance, demeanour, and guest service standards.
• Communicate guest concerns or product issues to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
