Job Description

Suite Attendants are responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverages according to guest requests. They provide a premium guest service experience by addressing and resolving any concerns or special requests made by guests in the suite(s). Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure suites are stocked with proper food, beverages, and products before and during events based on Aramark standards and suite holder orders.
2. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during events.
3. Replenish food and beverages during events upon guest requests.
4. Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guest identification.
5. Maintain knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
6. Break down and clean food service areas and equipment after events.
7. Return equipment to proper storage areas.
8. Inventory products at the end of each event.
9. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies, including proper handling and storage.
10. Ensure the security of company assets.
11. Develop new skills and perform job duties to meet commitments, with the understanding that duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or related role.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Ability to obtain required food safety and alcohol service certifications.
• Friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
• Adaptability to guest needs.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide elevated service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; willingness to wear uniforms and PPE as required.
