Job summary

Epic's campus in Madison, WI is seeking a Breakfast Baker to craft cookies, cakes, pies, and other scratch-baked desserts in our state-of-the-art facility. The role requires relocation to the area and offers competitive pay with annual bonus and raises.

You will work full-time hours (5am-8am start) Monday-Friday with full benefits including zero co-pay health insurance, dental, vision, generous paid time off, and more, plus relocation assistance and growth opportunities toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside talented culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Epic menus change daily, allowing Breakfast Bakers to create and trial new recipes while mastering favorites.
• Catered events hosted at Epic offer opportunities to try new things and showcase skills.
• Maintain a high level of autonomy from the outset with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
