Epic operates a campus bakery just outside Madison, WI, offering relocation assistance and competitive pay with annual bonus and raise. The role is full-time with early start hours (5am–8am) and comprehensive benefits.

You will work alongside culinary professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities include baking cookies, cakes, pies, and desserts, while exploring new recipes and maintaining favorites.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Create and trial new recipes while maintaining established favorites.
• Learn and grow under mentorship from experienced bakery staff.
• Support catered events and daily production in a state-of-the-art facility.
