Epic is seeking a breakfast-focused Baker to join our campus team near Madison, WI. The role involves composing and scratch-baking desserts like cookies, cakes, and pies in a state-of-the-art facility, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.

You will work full-time with early start hours, enjoy growth opportunities, and benefit from our comprehensive compensation package including relocation support and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Professional bakery experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Mentor growth opportunities and learn alongside skilled bakery staff.
• Contribute to recipe creation and maintain high quality standards.
