Epic is seeking a full‑time Breakfast Baker to join our campus bakery near Madison, WI. The role includes early hours (5am–8am) and relocation support to the area, with a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

You will contribute to creative dessert production, learn from seasoned bakers, and grow into leadership opportunities as you master Epic’s daily menus and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake desserts such as cookies, cakes, and pies in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
• Follow Epic menus and trial new recipes while maintaining quality.
• Work with culinary team to prepare and deliver restaurant‑quality meals.
