Job summary

Epic is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our Madison, WI campus. This full-time role runs 5am–8am, Monday–Friday, with relocation assistance provided. You will be part of a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2023, and will be paid competitively with annual bonuses and raises. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, PTO, and more.

Relocation support helps you move to the area as Epic invites you to grow with our bakery staff, learning and advancing toward leadership and management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts.
• Epic menus change daily; create and trial new recipes while mastering classics.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy from the outset with opportunities to grow into leadership.
