Job summary

Epic is seeking a dedicated Full-time Breakfast Baker to join our campus-based bakery near Madison, WI. The role involves preparing cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts, with opportunities to lead and grow within a state-of-the-art facility.

Position requires relocation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work a 5am start. Epic offers competitive pay, annual bonus potential, full benefits, and a path toward leadership roles as you contribute to high-volume, campus-wide baking

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes for daily Epic menus.
• Support high-volume dessert production and event catering as part of a collaborative team.

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.
