Job summary

Epic, based just outside Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a dessert baker to join its campus and relocate to the area with relocation assistance. The role features an annual bonus, full benefits, and growth opportunities within a state-of-the-art facility.

Shift hours are 5am-8am, Monday-Friday, with responsibilities including baking cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts while learning from experienced bakery staff. Epic emphasizes autonomy and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute desserts.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the bakery.
