Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop, test, and refine recipes.
• Follow Epic standards for quality, safety, and portion control.
• Support daily production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
