Responsibilities

• Provide IT Concierge Support, including on-site rounds to assist with issues requiring immediate attention; manage assigned tickets from the Desktop Support Lead and identify additional unreported issues.
• Perform break/fix on physical hardware, maintaining PC functionality (excluding vendor-owned systems).
• Image/repair computers running Windows OS for incidents, service requests, and OS updates.
• Assist with clinic setups and ensure hardware such as scanners and Imprivata are functioning as intended at clinics.
• Assist in setting up hardware for conference rooms as requested.
• Order hardware and software as needed.
• Understand business processes and IT best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Education: Essential — High School Diploma or GED
• Required: 2+ years related IT experience
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ Certification, ITIL Certification, or related field and 3+ years of IT technical support experience
