Zones is seeking a Warehouse Deskside Support Technician (L1) in Spartanburg, SC for a 6+ month term. The role provides onsite IT support across distribution centers, with a schedule including overnight shifts.

The Warehouse Deskside Support Technician (L1) provides onsite IT support for Distribution Centers, ensuring high availability of mission-critical warehouse and end-user technologies supporting business operations.

Aligned with enterprise desktop engineering standards, ensuring adherence to modern endpoint management, security, and support practices, while driving clarity in role expectations, technology stack, and responsibilities to enhance hiring effectiveness and attract high-quality enterprise talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Warehouse or logistics environment experience
• Exposure to RF and industrial printing technologies
